Original Paint Or Not ?

Was it resprayed or this is original Peugeot paint code colour ?

its been repained did they fit an auto bonnet as stanard......... lol

What's so Lol about it ? I fitted auto bonet on my car and resprayed ONLY the bonnet , this car could be the same. How do you know it's not an original paint code on the car ?

It is reasonably well known which colours 205's came in, and that isn't one of them.

 

I'm sure there are threads with a list of colours on if you search.

Thanks Tom, I got a reply from the owner saying it's not an original paint code. I'm a bit of a maniac when it comes to those things, I'm trying to gather proper list on my website http://peugeot205.pl/index.php?modul=stati...ub=kody_lakieru , it looks very well on the car. Something like darker Miami Blue.

its either China or Mauritius if its a pug blue (306/106 colours), looks nice whatever its called

Nearly sure it was a justgti's car and it was done in china blue a few years back. F reg being an 88 car and was it not 1990 before you got a blue gti, as in miami?? Topaz maybe before it??

Looks like China blue to me. Its a Turbo Technics and is on PistonHeads

That was Ian Helmes old TT and it is a non original colour
