Not that often that I hear of car's coming to a end, but having spent hours and hours fixing the old girl up she was mint again (Swaping out the bike bodies, Re-mapped, Re-wired, Bottom end rebuilt to name a few) and even the previous owner crashing into someone due to a badly routed brake pipe chaffing om the inner wheel arch (So much for MOT tests) she finally hit a Telegrapgh pole thanks to someone stoped on the verge/road over a blind crest on there phone, No one hurt just the car wrecked and a bent pole.

You'd think if they had the intelligence to pull over to use their phone instead of driving using it that they would also have the sense to pull over in an appropriate place. Dimwits. Glad no injuries, except to the car B)

Something like that, But I know the amount of people I see parked up in odd places doing this is just as bad as driving while on the phone

Also if you have the engine running when on the phone parked up you will still get done by the police for that.

You're supposed to be able to stop in the distance you can see to be clear.

Shame about the car, but no one to blame but its driver.

True yes, i think most if not all of us break this rule when we go for a enthusiastic drive though. People really should pull over in a sensible place too. The other day i saw someone pulled over on a roundabout talking on their phone............
