Which Grease For Beam Rebuild?

What's the best grease to use when rebuilding the beam and where to buy it from? Is there anything suitable in Halfords?

Moly or LM grease is fine - Halfords do both.

 

You'll want copper grease for the splines, bolt shanks, threads etc as well

Thanks Anthony, already have the copper grease for the spline and bolts. I've finally got round to rebuilding my beam with the 24mm torsion bars and anti roll bar you sold me ages ago lol.
