Chip Tunning On Xu9ja (d6b) Engine

i found chip for 1.9 128HP (D6B) engine which should increase HP to 149. Is this possible?

No, it really won't - there's nothing to "chip" on a D6B's Jetronic ECU.

 

Open up the ECU on your car and see what you can spot what's missing... it's not an ECU in the modern sense, but rather a glorified series of resistors.
