new thrust washers

new piston rings

uprated oil pump spring

new crank seals

new water pump

everything de-coked and cleaned

painted block

Head.

pressure tested and skimmed

valves re-cut

double washered spring

new valve stem seals

new oil rail seals

new cam seals

re furbed hydrallic buckets

head bolts

Also fitted new belt and tensioners, thermostat and clutch. Still have to get my gear box shot blasted and painted and i have a spare sump that still has to be baffled other than that its nearly ready to get slotted back in my gti. Cant wait to drive it after 5 years parked up.
