I'm sure I read somewhere the oil pressure should be 3bar @ 4000rpm

The running temp on my old 1900 was in between the 3rd and 4th line and @ 4000rpm the oil pressure was on the 3rd line.

Coolant temp - between about a third and just under halfway (depending whether you have a 82 or 89 degree 'stat)

Oil pressure - between about halfway and two thirds at 4000rpm+ (specified at 4bar at 4000rpm)

Oil temp - potentially won't even move in this weather if you have an air-oil cooler fitted unless you're on the motorway or driving in a "spirited" manner, but in the summer will normally sit somewhere around third to halfway in road use (higher on track)

The gauges/senders aren't calibrated and poor connections (especially in the brown multiplug) can cause low readings, but if the readings are somewhere in the rough area mentioned above then I wouldn't worry too much.
