Fan/ Heater Wont Work

the fan in my cti just doesnt blow or anything ive checked fuses etc and all the switches and it just wont work just wondering what it could be regards

Theres a few things that are commonly to blame mentioned here:

The heater fans often pack up typical too as its getting colder. Its held in by 3 screws under the dash at the back of the passenger footwell. They often seize up.
