Unless the blanket gets proper wet and freezes to the screen.

I used to put card on the screen, then low and behold we got a little sleet shower then a proper freeze. Had bits of card stuck in the ice!

Now I park face on to the house and get no frost (nicely sheltered and guessing the radiated heat from the garage door helps)

Easy way to annoy him with that, if you're in the car with him keep mentioning how you can see the wires. Once you know you can see them you can't stop seeing them!

what the!!!! COLD WATER???? when its frost out side!!!!???!!??!

NO!!! thatl get you into more frost trubles, i live in iceland. i should know.

the best way is simply get the car started, get out and use a ice scraper to get rid of the iceing.

If you use warm water it might leave you with a cracked window.

The 5.5 may be but older ones were not when fitted with intellistart. It was a bit of a joke at the time as the best alarm on the market was not thacham approved.

Might do when the cams/lifters die from being lubed with cold, thick oil right in the some of worst conditions possible for 'em ^_^

It's meant to be at the weekend. The patrolmen at my work are gritting the site in preperation. I'm rostered to work, and last time it snowed heavy I ended up doing a 36hr shift!
