Oil Leak Behind Dizzy Housing

Have been giving my engine bay a clean and tidy up today and noticed fresh oil leaking from behind the dizzy it seemed to be dripping from the vacum unit on the dizzy housing......

 

Took the dizzy housing off and replaced the round seal and sealed it up with a little gasket seal but there seems to be oil still coming from somewhere....

 

Im now stumped so any help would be appreciated.....

Possibly from the thermostat housing/coolant manifold/whatever you call it. Mine leaked from there, annoying oil leak down the back of the engine. Took it all to pieces, scraped off the gasket, sanded it down and used some instant gasket and it's as dry as a nuns snatch now, perfect.

 

Just need to do that all over my gearbox, sump, etc etc!

Hi I have a similar sounding leak at the minute, you thermostat housing? oil from here? is that right?
