Insurance Quote

I have recently purchased Mike Bullocks red Dimma and have been arranging insurance for it today through flux direct as I am currently insured with them for my sorrento green 1.9.

 

The quote they've given me is £372.23 and is based on securing the value at £3500, running the car for a max of 2000 miles per year and includes the modifications to bodywork, wheels, engine & suspension.

 

My current insurance with them costs £190.05 and is based on my 1.9 running a max of 3000 miles per year with no secured value and no listed modifications.

 

Before I say yes to the quote what do you guys think and does anyone know of any tricks to get it for cheaper?

Not sure if it was you I asked before, but who is the underwriter for the £190 policy? Is it Equity Red Star?
