Safe Removal Of Paint From Leather

I recently bought a set of full grey leather seats which needed a bit of work. I have got to the point where all the bolsters have been replaced and torn stitching has been fixed. The only thing left to do is remove some white paint which is on a couple of the seats.

 

So, does anyone know of a safe way to do this without ruining the leather?

Below is a picture of some of the paint. You can see that there is a dull patch of leather on the left where I gave it a rub. Any suggestions for safe removal of the paint would be appreciated
