Replaceing Valve Oil Seals

I have a spare head and want to change the oil seals and replace the valves,is there an easy way to remove the springs and valves?

yep theres a tool specially made for the job,

 

valve spring compressor

just make sure you buy a decent one, cheap ones wont even compress the springs

Cheers,bought one off ebay,probably made of tin,see when it arrives,thanks for your help and advice.
