I need to make a coustome oil feed for a tdo4 turbo on a car.

is there any cheapish way of doing it? like geting the stock bit from both the pug engine and the scooby and goining them soe how? or can i buy parts to make one? or will i have to just get one made up from a local company?

hydraulic hose rated for the pressure and temp. It will take the abuse and not let you down.

You need a wide drain direct to the sump ideally. Pressure in the turbo can blow the seals

yes its on a already turbod engine,

a 1.9 dt, please dont rubbish me because its a diesel.

return is easy but for the feed it cant be just a jubile clip can it? it will need to be a proper screw in fitting will it not?

most likely need to use the original pipe to go into the block, then alter the turbo end to suit, as the block end of the thread may not be hydraulic standard, take a pipe to a hydraulic specialist basically.

it only needs to be able to cope with about 4 bar and about 150 degrees, so most will have some suitable hose.

ive used aeroquip, ptfe inner pipe deals with oil no problem, loads of fittings you can buy should be something to connect to the turbo
