Anybody have any good contacts for this neck of the woods?

I have acquired a 306 and it's got some serious negative camber going on.

Go and speak to Miles on the forum aka Pugracing, he's not that far away being at fordingbridge

He rebuilt my rear beam on my 306 and has done a top notch job

Haha, I think unless he's feeling like atoning for past mistakes I wont be heading his way. Thanks for the suggestion though

Another vote for Miles, but you have your reasons so fair enough. Anthony is only in Swindon and he is a beam geezer or jord294 if you fancy a run out for a beam you can eat your dinner off

I was the last victim at XSport of Miles  I am sure he's sorted himself out now, but cost me a small fortune and gave me an unreliable car, and I not sure I want to go there again.

I have all the bits in stock to build a GTI6 spec beam. I could get it shipped to your door.

No good blaming me, Any warranties with your work where at Xsport (you paid them not me) so I hate to think what you got told when I had left, but thats all in the past thankfully,

Give Pug Performace a shout, I know they do all of this with warranty too other than thats there's SSP engineering in or around Somerset way.

Thanks for the reply Miles. I know I paid XSport, but you did the work, and it was worse than shoddy, I broke down before even making it 5 miles home for goodness sake.

It's water under the bridge, although I am sad I never even got a 'Sorry, I ballsed up' from you :D Would have meant a lot at the time, to make me feel less stitched up :(

Depends how far you want to travel to pick up a beam and if you will fit it yourself. I can recommend Tom Fenton as he built me a lovely beam that i have fitted myself, he's in West Yorkshire but can ship them i think and also fit if you need it done. Top job, sensible price and really helpful, if you get one from an enthusiast on here you're more likely get a decent job than a company IMO as they have a reputation here on this forum to uphold and probably enjoy what they do more than someone doing it day in day out to make a living.

Anthony was also recommended to myself by lots of others, he's down your way.
