Mi16 Dipstick Length

Hi guys, broke the bloody top of my MI16 dipstick and with an event tomorrow no time to get a replacement.

Sooo, I'm looking for a kind gentleman to give me the measurement from the bottom of the dipstick, to the base of the plastic orange tip, which bottoms out on the metal tube. That way I can realign the black piece of sleeving and bodge a new top on so I can get an accurate reading.

47.8cm from bottom of dipstick to bottom of plastic bit

 

50.1cm to the plastic bit that sits on top of the actual tube - wasn't sure which bit you were referring to, but I presume this is the measurement you want!
