Which Alternator?

my engine is a 1988 d6c variant I thought they would know but they said I need to tell them which amp im guessing 80 can anyone help.

The list one was 80A, yes - Mitsubishi model. Whether you really *need* an 80A, though, is up for debate. But yes, I'd go with the 80A to keep it in line with original.

If it's any help, I've just replaced an alternator on my Mi16 and it's a 50A. Seems to be coping fine

I suppose if its a good new item 50a will do the job ok.
