Exhaust Fitting Kit

I'm after an exhaust fitting kit (down pipe to manifold) for an alloy mi16 engine in a 205 with a standard manifold and standard downpipe. Do I order a 205 or 405/BX kit or are they the same part?

When I ordered a Pug fitting kit ages ago it came with three different sized pair of bolts.

When I ordered a Pug fitting kit ages ago it came with three different sized pair of bolts.

 

At the minute I've got two bolts the same size (I think) but one spring is shorter than the other and when the nut is fully tightened with no more threads left on the bolt there's still no tension in the spring.

 

 

a BX/405 kit you need.

 

So hopefully that should have the correct length bolt and right sized springs and sealing ring.

I'm guessing 205 and 405 down pipes have the same dimensions but different manifold dimensions where the two join.

1798 75 is the 405 1.9 8v and Mi16 kit part number, it fits cat equipped 205's so I think the bolts might be shorter as these tend to have a pressed steel flange not the thicker cast one, but if as Paul said above they have various length bolts its not a concern.
