Mi 16 Exhaust Manifold Removal

Has anyone got any tips on how to get the top 2 bolts in the middle of the exhaust manifold out,I've been trying for the last hour or so and have no idea on how I'm going to get them out ?

just have to use a spanner and do quater turns at a time its one of them sh*t jobs

i got an old spanner and bent it to fit in, horrible job be carefull not to round them off!

Finally got it off

 

I found plenty of swearing worked and an occasional kick at the dog !!
