Coolent Pipe Diagram Please

Hi

As i have just fitted a rallye engine to the 205 im a little confused as to which pipe needs to go where, and i seem to have more holes and pipes 205 side compared to the rallye engine side.

Any help will be really appreciated.

this is for the gti mate so there maybe a few differences but should be similar

The only problem I can see now is that on the back

Of the gti block there are 3 take offs, but on the back of the tu block there are only 2 take offs.

So where does the other heater matrix pipe go.

On the TU the two take offs on the back of the block are for the return pipe from the rad and the second smaller diameter pipe goes to the heater matrix. With the TU engines there isn's a take off to feed the expansion tank like on an XU as the expansion tank is only connected by a single hose from the tank into the top of the radiator.

 

The return from the heater matrix goes to the underside of the thermostat housing.

 

The carbed TU engines other than the TU24 have a take off from the inlet manifold which joins the pipe that runs between the block and the inlet of the heater matrix.
