Water In Cylinders

Recommended Posts

cheesegrater

Basically some water from the inlet manifold gasket area got into at least two of my cylinders/head when I removed the manifold. What is the best way of removing said water  ? I've removed the spark plug and turned the engine over several times would this be sufficient? I can still see slight wetness down the bores.

Thanks

Tom.

That'll be fine - spray a bit of WD40 or similar in there if you're not going to be using it for a while to prevent the bores rusting
