jord294 89 Posted September 17, 2010 there is quite a bit of work needed, to make the 306 beam fit why don't you use a 309 beam ?

Spiky 37 Posted September 17, 2010 what about a 306 beam and using ford off set wheels? ignoring the the fitting of the beam
Richy_cti 0 Posted September 17, 2010 i like the idea of the 306 beam due to price and convineance and yes with a different offset wheel it should be wide enough and disk on the rear bonus. has anyone actualy fitted a 306 beam to the 205 before? i may just have to pull my beam off line it up and see how it goes
welshpug 1,645 Posted September 17, 2010 what about a 306 beam and using ford off set wheels? ignoring the the fitting of the beam wont work I'm afraid, the wheels will rub on the trailing arms, ET28 x 6.5" with just about fit with a small lip on the rim. not seen a 306 beam on a 205, but someone on the forum did fit one to a 309, I don't think its worth the hassle at all when a 309 beam bolts straight on.
