Rallye Decals And Arches

hi all i have a yellow rallye and soon i will be ordering the rallye decals from goodhand.

I am also looking to get rallye arches fitted(in black)

Does any one know or have any pictures as im not sure if the arches would cover up the most part af the decals.

any pics or info would be app.

The French Rallye's don't have the side decals that the British ones did, so you'll either have to go authentic and ditch them or cut them to clear the arch trims.

Should have 1 or the other imo.

 

Also Rallyes look alot better with white bumpers (again imo )

I actually agree, it should be one or the other, when mine gets its re-build it will get one or the other, not sure which though!

I would just have the decals but the only problem is when i bought my rallye some one for some reason fitted GTI arches and they have buffed through the paint and left the arch marks.

I might just fit the decals and take it from there

The main reason i got the arches was because the front wheels came out of the body work, Series 2 106 Rallye wheels, S1 106 Rallye wheels or the originals would be fine I think. Just didn't want plod to have an excuse to av' me!

Not much, they are inline with the new arches now. Stuck out enough for the rozzers to get ticket happy with a 19 year old

I quite like having both the arches and stickers on mine. I have only got the lower part of the rear stickers on mine unlike allye's.

 

 

Plus, I quite like the dark bumpers, each to thier own I suppose!

Should look good with black arches / bumper combo. If you'd like the Rallye decals in any other colour scheme, let me know. Could perhaps do a photoshop mock-up first?
