Spotted, White 1.9 With Red Boot And A Boost Guage And A Silver Dimma(

I was getting my civic mot'd last night at Bloomfield motors in Harlow and in the garage there were a pair of 205's , 1 white F plate 1.9 with standard wheels and a silver dimma style with black non standard wheels.

 

They chap at the garage mentioned they were turbo'd.

 

I just wondered if they belong to anyone from here?
