Wiring Help - 2 Brown Plugs & 2 Ring Terminals On Positive Battery

Hello,

 

I'm towards the end of my GTi6 conversion and went to put the battery in today, I find I have two ring terminals on the battery lead and two brown plugs from near the headlight area that don't have a home.

 

Looking at my 8v, I have a 2 leads from the battery one goes along the starter/alt and the other to a thing next to the gearbox mount. Is this missing bit the home for these 4 wires?

Thank god for photos, I looked back and saw it was on the old 8v battery lead!

Got an earth wrong somewhere, as with a jump lead from neg to box it does this
