Vtr Engine With Dellorto's And A Turbo?

Recommended Posts

custard-rallye

I have a rallye with a vtr engine in it when I was looking for a inlet I came across some turbo gaskets and jets and considered would it be worth boosting it without needing the management as a cheaper way to do it or would it be like the r5 turbo and be unreliable as hell being a carb turbo

Or for the same effect employ a small pixie to live under the bonnet and slosh fuel from a bucket down the intake whenever the turbo makes a noise?
