Front Rallye Valance

My front valance on the rallye is a little cracked, I will be rebuilding the entire car very soon so want to get rid of it. Am I right in thinking that the GTI front valance is the same, just the rallye has inserts where the lamos go?

Yes, just inserts where the driving lights go, and the middle vent part will be white on yours compared to black on a gti.
