Arb Bushes Manufacturers

Recommended Posts

feb

Hi,

What other ARB bushes manufacturers are there apart from Perrin, Whiteline and SuperPro?

I am looking for D shape bush with 21mm inner diameter, 31.5mm outer diameter and 39mm length.

I think I have found a whiteline one (W22118) but will not know for sure if it fits before it arrives.

To cut a long story short, I have bought an ARB mount kit that comes with 22mm bushes (pictured below) but my ARB is 21mm.

Worst case, could I remove 1mm of material from the bush (it is already sliced from factory) so that it wraps around the ARB?

The D-shape clip will hold it in place anyway so it shouldn't be a problem; the question is how to cut it as it is pretty hard!

Cheers

Could you not have some made from Black Nylon with MOS2 to your specification?

I am not sure what you mean by MOS2 or who can help me make up one?

Can you please clarify?

Cheers!

According to Google, MOS2 is a molybdenum disulphide grease, the stuff you use in CV joints etc.

When it is mixed in to Nylon during its production phase it turns the nylon in to self lubricating plastic. Very cool stuff.
