And today I finally fitted.

 

I've got a bit more sealing then a nice coat of paint but its basically finished, Not a job I'm in a rush to do again.

What thickness/type of metal did you use ? Also check your PM

I didn't actually make this, I used one I cut off another 205. This is just a template from the panel I cut off.

 

Will reply to the PM's regarding it this weekend when I've got some free time.

i have this problem on mine aswell, i went to peugeot and they said they dont make the panels anymore. Does anybody on here make them? a template would be good. Any ideas of what type and thickness of metal to use?
