Should The Paint Code Be Above Passenger Headlight?

Should all 205's (not just GTI's) have the paint code above the passenger side headlamp?I'm pretty sure they all should but just wanted to check.

So as far as anyone is aware ALL 205's should have the paintcode on the panel above the passenger side headlight.

 

Sorry, I don't buy into it magicly dissapearing over time!

Even in all my days spent buffing the engine bay of my Concours car I still managed to aviod removing the paintcode!

Someone in France, are sellig engine bay badge kits, with the stencial for the paint code.
