Will S16 Fuel Rail Fitt A Gti6?

as above think i need a new rail like today as at work til 5 then need sort it so car is ready for mapping tomorrow...

think can get hold of a s16 rail or i know i have a 406 135?hp 2.0 16v (one that looks like a 6) rail in the garage somewhere

 

will either fitt?

I'm pretty sure an S16 one will fit although I've a feeling that the fuel hose fitting is smaller, whereas I don't think that the 406 2.0 one will fit whatsoever.

 

1.9 Mi16 one I imagine should fit fine as well, but one of the hose fittings is definitely a different size and connects to the other end of the fuel rail (so your hoses might not be long enough)

just for future reference the s16 rail looks the same apart from pipes are at an angle and fuel reg is different

ive fitted what i believe is the 406 2.0 one which looks identical to 6 one and the reg has same numbers too i think
