306 Gti 6 With - 6 Yellow Badge

I'm looking for GTI6 and I saw the one here, advertised as GTI with yellow 6 badge. Is this original, some special edition, limited or just custom made from Halfords ?

I thought that was normal, i've definetly seen a few with that badge. Theres a nile blue phase 2 local to me thats the same as that. Don't think its any kind of special edition though. Although interestingly (or not), that yellow badge isnt listed on servicebox, whereas all the other types are.

Thought they were standard on all GTi 6's to be honest!

They are standard on early GTi6's. You can't get replacment badges like that anymore iirc.

The red GTI dont look original, they were silver with a black out line for the ph2 not sure about the ph1 though. Also the 6 badge looks slightly different to what mine has.

Standard. The badging on Gti6s is a bit mix and match. Some don't have any on the sides. Mine doesn't have one on the boot.

The badge is exactly what I had on my ph1, so yes its OE
