New Turbo Project - What To Choose

Hi all.

 

I am planning to make a turbo project in my 205 GTI.

 

Right now I have two engines, and I don't know what to choose.

 

It is XU9J4 DFW and XU9J4 D6C. Both are alloy block and wet liners (or only one, for sure D6C is alloy)

 

I have also an option to buy a block from XU10J4TE - but what I've read some where XU9J4 is the best block im Mi16.

 

I have also a crankshaft from TD - I heard it is raising CC to 2.1Liters - is it worth it ?

 

What about opening out valves to bigger size - I know, that it is really important in N/A but what about turbo ?

 

Are there any differance in Heads in D6C and DFW...

 

What about pistons. Pistons from T16 are enough or I need to buy forrged pistons...

 

Is there any altenative for welders nightmare exhaust ?
