Quickrack Knocking

I have a quickrack fitted to my mi and lately it had started to knock from the passenger as the plastic bush had worn.I replaced it with a uprated bronze one

but it still knocks and have movment in the rack end still.I am going to build another quickrack shortly but thought i would post up here and see if anyone had same problem before i spend cash.Could the outer rack body be slightly worn maybe?
