Thinking Of Getting A New Car

I'd suggest going out for a test drive in a few of them I really fancied a 182 when they came out, everyone raved about them but I bloody hated the thing when I drove it.

 

I did test drive the Megane 250 cup recently and actually really liked it. Stupidly over priced though. The clio is much better for the price, especially when you get a couple of k knocked off.

 

I chose a FN2 Civic Type R over the other hot hatches and am very happy with it, awesome car.

Its a brilliant car buddy. Could do with a little more power however the handling and the who package is brilliant. For the money I dont think anything comes close to it.

 

Only reason for selling is a want something bigger for work. Thinking of a megane rs

I normally check Carfile.net for prices and have bought cars from them in the past.

I've upset my local VW dealer this week by asking for 10.5% off a new Golf. Initially wouldn't touch it, and then called the next day to say he could get to within £200 of it.

 

This morning I've noticed that Carfile are offering a further £350 off!! Think that's my mind made up.

Update,

 

Thursday picked up a 57 plate golf GTI edition 30 in tornado red, 3 door with 29k on the clock.

 

Enjoying it so far, not the same as the 205.

 

Gutted to see the 205 go today, the end of an era.
