Not sure I took one, basically just get an off centred tensioner

On the engine mount there is a unused bolt hole I drilled it out an put a m8 nut and bolt straight through tensioner and engine mount, as the tensioner is off centred you can twist it to cause tension on the belt

Simples

Been like that for year now and is fine B)

Ah, I was trying that with the '6 tensioner yesterday, was only trying the holes I'd removed things from, but I know the other you mean. I shall give it a try, thanks!

I tried to order a BX 16v clutch today, it confused the guys at GSF and they had to go back to the 405 MI16. Tomorrow I'm picking up a clutch for an MI16 that ended production in 92, is that going to be the right one?

yes, it'll be the same part number as a BX clutch from them.

189PC0130 CLUTCH KIT BX 16V 77.50

(found that in 5 seconds)

amusingly enough, their website shows nothing at all for the 405 clutch wise, another database updating Fail by the GSF webmonkeys

Crank Sensor - Anyone know the part number for GSF, is it just a 306 one?

as ever with GSF's listings, it's listed under a TD Xantia, though when they cross reference it it will show as fitting loads of others.

fairly sure its this one, but as ever make sure they cross reference, but if it looks right it'll work :D

929PC0120 TDC SENSOR-FLYWHEEL XANTIA 1.9TD 96> (BROWN CONNECTOR) £15.55

1920 W9 is one of the pug/citroen part numbers, £22.10+vat direct.

Cheers WP, ordered one today, yet another bit my local dealer doesn't carry. Although, having to show the Ford guy how to use Servicebox was fun
