307/306 Gti Calipers

hi im stripping some calipers to paint and refurb

just wondered if anyone knows how to remove the dust seal without damaging it?

I just pop the clip off with a small flat head.

Also, 307 and 306 Gti calipers arent the same, so which are you refering to? I assume you must mean 307/206 calipers?

sorry yes they are the 307 calipers. 283mm disks. i cant find a clip on the dust seal. does it just press in and out?
