Will 1.9gti Alloys Fit On A Standard 205 Diesel?

Will the 1.9gti speedline alloys fit on a 205 diesel as standard? I know the pepperpot 14" alloys do but wondered about the 15" ones. And what is the best size tyre fitment if they do?

yes mate not a problem with fitting the wheels and as for tyres i belive the standard factory fitted were 185/55/15 but prefer 195/50/15 myself

I think they may rub on the arches but I'm not 100%

I had some on mine, they were fitted with 195/55/15 tyres, and they were fine apart from they did rub on the arch with weight in the back, or cornering fast.

Even with 185/55 they still rub tho thats mainly down to the soft suspension, fitting a Gti anti roll bar might help and stiffer shocks.
