hi guys - does anyone happen to know the part number for the drivers side window switches?? -was in my local dealer but he had trouble finding it out...

I'm not sure of the part number although WP will probably be along soon and let you know.

 

However I suspect the dealer prices would be ridiculous, you might want to get a 2nd hand from here.

sorry -bit of a noob -can i be an idiot and ask what that is ?- i googled it and got vehicle wiring products - will these switches do the job -do they fit etc ?

there are always window switchs on ebay, some at a daft price and some not so daft,

 

i sold a set of 3 that had the bulbs in them so they lit up for £10 inc postage..

If yours is missing read no further...but if it's simply a case that it doesn't work, they're pretty simple to dismantle & clean. The rocker part prises out easily, then it's just a case of taking the removeable parts out (having noted how to re-assemble), clean the contacts....& work fine for another 20 odd years.
