Rear Handbrake Caliper Problem

I am having trouble with the handbrake on my 309.

When I operate the handbrake only one wheel locks, I thought it was due to the wrong cable fitted, but on closer inspection when I pull the handbrake lever on the caliper the piston dosen't move. The caliper is a reconditioned one and I noticed when I fitted the pads that I could hardly wind the piston back in.

Has anybody had this problem before? Do I need to strip the caliper?

Any advice etc welcome.

It sounds like the problem I have with my 205. I'd say yes, a strip and clean should do it good - though I'm surprised a recon one needs this doing...
