Is My Gearbox On Its Way Out?

On the motorway earlier, while in 5th gear every time i hit a bump, the car would pop out of gear and into neutral. What does this mean? is it gear linkages or is the gearbox on its way out?

Check the lower engine mount, these often fail, then linkages, Quadrant arm ont eh subframe along with the ball oni there too.

5th Gear is normally pretty good but any problems with it can be fixed in 30 mins top's

What do I check on the mount? The rubber bush? Do you have the parts in stock?
