Anything from 150 upwards really but no bigger than a 10/15psi difference between cylinders.

What sort of compression should I look for in a standard but freshly rebuilt 1.9, skimmed 20thou to run 10:1 CR?

Should be in the region of 190-200psi really on an accurate tester* once the rings bed in full (assuming they were replaced during the rebuild)

* generally speaking though, highish figures and all fairly equal is what you're looking for, as some cheap compression testers can show some questionable accuracy in terms of the actual figures they produce.
