seen a few people with them on now

 

is there any real need for them though,ive towed many 205 on the front tow point and they have always been fine,rear end is the only place i can see you needing a better tow pont if you stuff it into a ditch,but even then,wehn i put mine into a ditch in snow,i just put a lifting strap round the rear beam and pulled it out like that

I think its more for vehicles that don't have an exposed towing eye like the 205 has, i.e those with a screw in Hook, saves having something poking out at the front/back that you can catch your legs/knees / bumper of another car on.

Good idea, 205 tow eyes are sh!t at best tbh.

 

The only thing is, i can't think of anywhere decent to mount one of those!

i had a omp metal ring on my sorrento because the standard one was stupidly rotton and would trust it at all,but all my others are fine

 

soon mount it somewhere id have thought,inside of a chassis leg,metal plate with a nut welded to it then weld it to a leg
