Hub Nut Torque Settings

can anyone tell me the torque settings for the front hubs nuts please?

 

also i've converted my drums to disc's and read somewhere that when you change/replace the stub axles your suppose to torque them up to a high setting, break them lose and then torque them up to a lesser setting? if thats right, does anyone know the settings?
