A woman where i live has bumped into almost every car in the car park and all the police say is there is nothing we can do it's a private car park you will have to sort it out with your insurance even when other people have seen her do the damage i was lucky when she hit my car there was no damage.

 

On the plus side she no longer has a car so i don't have to keep looking out the window just in case she is driving about
