Mi16 Wont Fire

as above really i've been trying to get my Mi to fire up today but its just not having any of it

 

its running an 8v dizzy with 1.9 ecu and afm, now im getting a spark and am now getting fuel after stupidly having fuel lines wrong way round.

It seems as if it wants to fire but just wont it bangs (fires) every now and again but will not catch and run i've checked firing order and played with the advance on the dizzy but still nothing and now don't know what to do next?

 

im now wondering if i may have got a tooth out when fitting th new cambelt but thought it would still run just very rough?

it does have kent supersport® cams and ran lumpy before but wouldn't it still run? as turnedit over before by hand an valves cleared so know i haven't damaged anything

did you connect the afm?

You sure you have the plug leads on the right way, best off checking.

yes guys have the leads the right way and the AFM plugged in its doing my f**kin nut lol

i had a similar problem on a 1.6-1.9 swap, turns out the lead from the dizzy with the yellow plug was frayed and only sparked when it was in a certain position. might be worth swapping that for starters. or the dizzy is 180 degrees out.

did think this with the dizzy but the the vacum is at the front/top and the leads face forward not back like normal?
