Hi all i am wondering if a 205 diesel driveshaft is the same diameter as a 1.9 gti one as i no they have different hub splines but are the splines the same in the actual cv joint as my clip is missing on my own driveshaft causing it to knock any help would be most appreciated.....

Just found a old thread i now no they will definitely not fit due to them being a yoke type not a shaft directly into the cv joint...
