Overall Good Bloke Award For 2010

This is realy just a great public thank you to a few people on here that has gone to great lengths to help and assist me over the past few months.

 

Two days before the Lakes trip a BE3 gearbox I had recently fitted decided to disintegrate its shaft bearings and spew oil all over the bellhousing and clutch. Mass panic by me. However within twenty four hours I had a clutch and housing (many Thanks to SorrentoPete), and an excellent loan of a BE3 gearbox delivered to my door by Marksorrento205.

 

Then after having had my gearbox refurbed by Miles, Mark then went on to carry out a swap for me and took a day of his time to do all this at his house. My mechanical skills have decreased with my age I'm afraid.

 

So my award for overall good guy for 2010 goes to "Marksorrento205".

 

Nothing is too much trouble and he never once complains, even when changing a gearbox on one of the hottest days of the year.

To me this is what being a part of a club is all about. Not just the forum but the help and advice that is given, and the actual meets that has now turned into a regular piss take of each other and cars of course. Its an excellent bunch of lads and weirdo's and a night out I look forward to on the calendar.

Gotta agree,

Mark's a thoroughly descent lad,and always willing to give advice/help to anyone who asks for it.

His knowledge of all things peugeot is excellent, and is a valued/key member of the North Staffs/South Cheshire group!!!

 

P.S, I'm just off to start the Marksorrento205 appreciation society.LOL !!!!!!!!
