Anyone Tried Using 50mm Drop Springs On Standard Dampers?

chances are they will bottom out mate wouldn't go any lower than -30mm on standard shocks can always fit one and try but pretty sure they will bottom out when fitted to the car

The springs are too short for the struts mate. I had some apex ones on mine for about a month, they were bouncy as hell and really didn't do the car any favours.

Why would you want to go 50mm lower, it'll bugger your car good and proper!

 

Get some decent Eibach springs, only about £90 on the bay. 25/30mm drop looks great and preserves the handling.

Reason being that I dropped the rear beam 1 tooth (bodge method) and it now sits pretty damn low at the back so I want the front to match.

 

But i'm taking your advise guys and getting -30mm springs. I'm sure they'll level the car out fine without the risk of cracking the chassis leg going over bumps.
