The dotted line is at max boost.

I'm presuming solid line is normal map.

What spec is that? I'm assuming that's not running the standard turbo anymore?

Pretty impressive result though - I assume that it's "adequately" quick now on high boost?

Its a PDF document, You need Adobe to open it.

It made 249 bhp and 279.5lbft

Basic spec, 2.0ltr 8V with DKZ cam, wossner 86.5mm forged pistons, tt manifold, T28 turbo Emerald Management has 3 maps graph only shows 2 of them it has another for every day usage running 1 bar boost and that made 233Bhp and 250lbft torque.

Good all round result I think it would make a little more but prob wouldnt last long so the 249Bhp map is for competition use Ie Santa Pod/ track days etc and for occasionally upsetting owners of expensive machinery (How very childish wouldnt recommend it LOL) and the 174Bhp for top gear cruising on the motorway etc.

Apart from the above mods the rest of the engine is otherwise std, the car has a 3" stainless exhaust from classic Imprezza modded to fit and a 3" custom fabricated downpipe, surprisingly quiet has 3 silencers in it though and obviously an LSD to help minimise traction issues and a custom FD / Gearset sourced from other PSA group gearboxes to make the best use of the available torque.

Going back to Santa Pod in August will post the results as & when.

Very nice. Do you think it would benefit from a better exhaust manifold?

The 174BHP you have on your low boost map is just 1BHP less than the original TT conversions made on their high boost setting!

For the amount of extra power gains versus cost I doubt it, I think the only way forward is 16V power but then you are looking at alot of money for the manifold / downpipe combo alone (From DP Engineering) and I havnt seen anyone else making a suitable 2nd best, that said James (Wracing) ones look very very good value for the money but I dont really fancy sodding about changing the gear linkage set up for a cable one, If he were to design one that were similar to the DP one then I would seriously consider using his and trying my hardest to push that as the way forward !

Im just about to build another 2ltr 8v turbo unit for my own car and was seriously considering using a XU10J4 unit and bolting a turbo to that but I seriously cannot afford the outlay for the exhaust manifold !
