Is This Rear Beam Cross Tube Useable..?

Hey,

 

Just wanted peoples opinions on my 309 beam. Got it all stripped down ready for rebuilding and noticed this;

 

 

Opinions on how useable this is would be great.

How come? It's dipped in the middle, but on the outer edges it's okay.. Make sense?

The dip in the middle is where the bearings have worn into the tube. It's scrap i'm afraid.

Fair enough. Luckily i know where there are some 309's lurking around in the scrappy.
